Steve has over 20 years experience of leading and coaching Continuous Improvement (CI) and organisation excellence through Lean, Six Sigma and supporting tools and techniques.  While specialising in problem-solving and improvement applied to the engineering and manufacturing, and with deep experience in the automotive sector, this knowledge is now applied across all sectors as an Associate Consultant at PMI, The Manufacturing Institute, and through university partnerships.

Steve has a passion for enabling CI in organisations through engagement of people and their leaders - inspiring excellence in individuals, teams, leadership on a journey to Organisation Excellence.

Steve is a Shingo Institute Alumni and facilitator, MSc alumni of the University of Bradford, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certified by Ford Motor Company, and has published research on CI Leadership.  Steve is an engaging presenter, facilitator and learning coach.
