Matt Hardman is a mechanical engineer with 13 years of experience in automation. Matt started his career installing Airbus A350 wing box production lines and has contributed to the development of automation for technologies such as drilling, bolting, riveting, filament winding, composites layup,  and the production of non-crimp fabrics. He has recently spent six years in R&D at the National Composites Centre, culminating in leading the development of technology enablers for next-generation CFRP wing cover manufacturing. Now at Loop Technology, he is a Technical Sales Manager and fibreLINE automated performing product owner.
