Jesper oversees the Danish division of LEGO Group’s molding and qualification factory, driving both high-scale production and the development of new technologies. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing product design and production innovation, resulting in the establishment of engineering centers in Singapore, Mexico, and Denmark. Jesper is passionate about harnessing advanced technology and leveraging the right talent to realize his strategic vision for the future.

His roles at LEGO have included:

• Leading R&D initiatives in packaging, decoration, and assembly.
• Overseeing the full cycle of product development for LEGO DUPLO, LEGO Games, LEGO Technic, and LEGO Hero Factory, from initial concept to final product.
• Developing and implementing a logistics strategy that improved service differentiation and reduced costs through outsourcing, site consolidation, and redefined service offerings.
