Jerry Bridge-Butler is a Chartered Patent Attorney and a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, and a partner at London IP firm Baron Warren Redfern. He specialises in helping new businesses to identify and protect their IP in order to build protection around their innovations, and to add value to their businesses. He has many clients in the supply chain which innovate as part of their activities, or which work alongside customers which innovate. Navigating the complex legal landscape of IP ownership in such situations is very important, as is ensuring that IP is adequately protected for the benefit of all involved.
