Andrew has spent over 30 years in manufacturing and supply chain. Latterly he ran the supply chain operations through Asia Pacific and Caspian for an international chemical and service provider to the energy sector.

During this time has led several projects in capital investment, manufacturing automation, process monitoring and analytics, global information communication and ERP roll outs. He believes that when traditional answers cannot deliver, “It is what it is” thinking should be challenged, and novel solutions sought.

Andrew is currently helping other organisations find a way to break obstacles, increase productivity, drive engagement and instil continual improvement. He advocates sharing of lessons and networking of ideas to help everyone drive industry forward.
