Speakers

Alison is an experienced improvement leader, and Fellow of the IMechE, currently writing up her thesis for a PhD in Higher Education.  She is a strong believer that improvement skills can be applied to lift effectiveness and efficiency in all organisations and sectors.  Her career spans product development and logistics as well as consultancy across financial, healthcare and manufacturing.  She actively participates in the BSi working group currently rewriting ISO 18404 – the International Standard for Lean and Six Sigma.
