For rapid prototyping and small batch work, our 13 highly equipped welding bays allow our skilled technicians to efficiently TIG and MIG weld parts to precise specifications. For higher volume production runs, our Robotic Welding cells enable consistent, repeatable welds at speeds unmatched by manual methods.

In addition, we utilise speciality techniques like spot welding and projection welding for niche applications requiring strong welded attachments. These methods allow us to securely weld components like nuts and studs where extra strength is needed. Our decades of experience, paired with cutting-edge equipment and rigorous quality control procedures, ensure we consistently deliver strong, flawless welds tailored to each customer’s unique needs.

Our welding team are coded to BS EN ISO 15613, BS EN ISO 9606-1, BS EN 9606-2, AWS D17.1m (Class B), BS EN287-1 standards and we operate to BS EN ISO 3834-2. Our quality management system is ISO 9001 certified, validating our commitment to consistent, high-quality welding services.
