Our team of coded welders and time-served fabricators offers an unrivalled service in our sector. We function with purpose-built ferrous and non-ferrous sections with the added capability to form and weld armoured plates. All using calibrated machines maintained and monitored by our welding coordinator within quality assurance and inspection. Also another of the bases of our fabrication department is our brake press machine. The impressive 4 metre capability opens up a huge range of forming larger profiles and materials. We also operate a second press which can be used for high batch production. We also have a dedicated inspection department experienced in creating FAIRs and ISIR reports for the defensive industry , as well as expert PPAP reporting.
