We offer a complete product design and development service using the latest CAD software and ensure that all your components are optimised for injection moulding. We take care of everything from advising on the choice of material to sourcing additional parts on your behalf. This leaves you free to focus on other important areas.

At Dudley Associates, we can assist no matter where you are in the design process. From helping with an initial idea to working with complete designs, there is nothing we can’t do.

On top of 3D CAD design, we also have mould flow analysis software that allows us to simulate the moulding of your part. This enables us to highlight potential problems with the project before we get started with the production process and make amendments where necessary – potentially saving a lot of time and money.
