Leading UK Electronic Solutions Provider, Techpoint Group Ltd (“Techpoint”), has today announced the acquisition of Gemini Tec Ltd (“Gemini Tec”), a high-quality provider of Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), headquartered in Aldershot, Hampshire.

The strategic acquisition of Gemini Tec is Techpoint’s fourth since 2020 and enables the rapidly expanding Group to extend the capacity of their centres of excellence, delivering best-in-class technologies, tailored solutions and enhanced value to their customers and the UK EMS sector.

Gemini Tec was founded in 1978 by David Harsant in Aldershot, Hampshire. David’s son, Adam, took over the day-to-day management of the business in 2007. Since its inception, forty-six years ago, Gemini Tec has grown to become a market leader in the design, development, and production of highly complex Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assemblies.

Gemini Tec will continue to operate from its Aldershot Technology Centre, with Adam Harsant as Managing Director, delivering exceptional design and manufacturing services to their customers.
